SRI SAI Business & Management consultants conducts the training programs for all the Governmental, Nongovernmental, Commercial Trading, Manufacturing and service giving enterprises based on the results of need based assessment in the all the areas of Accounting, Tax, Management such as Finance, Human Resource, Marketing and General Management including Information Technology. We understood the need for the capacity-building in Ethiopia of the corporate staff working in various enterprises who want to improve their personality as well as capacity and to supplement their experience with the education that provides inputs on present ongoing trends in the form of continuous learning. It is our belief that the participants will have the opportunities to learn on different business issues & problems and to find the viable solutions from our well qualified and experienced expatriate as well as domestic trainers. The importance of having the training on these fields is carefully designed putting in consideration the value that would bring on to them to help in their business.

The corporate staff training unit of SRI SAI is a new initiative. The Unit is working on designing training programmes related to two important broad themes viz., Management and Information Technology. Training with Modern Audio visual aids, Presentation in English, using tools like Lecturing, Presentation and Analysis of Cases, Experience Sharing, Brain Storming, Role Plays are the highlights of SRI SAI’s training initiatives.

The trainers at SRI SAI are the alumnus of the International Agricultural Centre-The Netherlands, Centre for Natural Resource Studies- Bangladesh, MYRADA-India and several national / International agencies on management and Information Technology.
