Mr. L.G.Reddy, Founder and General Manager
Mr. L. G. Reddy is a well known Management Consultant in India and Ethiopia. He is the founder and General Manager of the SRI SAI Group. Mr. Reddy has been serving in the field of consultancy for the last 10 years. He is a fellow member of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI). He is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors(IIA), USA. He completed his Chartered Accountant inter and final group 1 from Institute of Charted Accountants of India (ICAI) with the major of audit, accounting and finance. Mr. Reddy has also completed the part I and II of Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), UK. He served as Internal Auditor for the Unity University College, Ethiopia and as tax and finance consultant in LG Reddy & Co, India. His sound knowledge in the field of accounting and finance has helped SRI SAI to create a rapport in Ethiopia in the field of education, business and management consultancy.

Mr. Adi Reddy, Deputy Coordinator - Learning Centre
Mr. Adi Reddy is a Masters graduate in the field of Mathematics, with a specialization in Statistics. Mr. Adi Reddy is presently the Co-ordinator of the SRI SAI learning centre for Sikkim Manipal University, India. He is experienced in co-ordinating the activities of the learning centre and also in promoting its activities. Mr. Adi Reddy is also managing some of the activities of the SRI SAI Educational, Business and Management Consultancy since 2007.

Dr. P.N. Ananth, Senior Consultant
Dr.Ananth has specialized in the field of agricultural extension and rural development. He has a doctorate in Agricultural Extension from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University,India. He has rich experience in handling research projects funded by World Bank, Cornell University (USA), World Fish Centre (Malaysia), Ministry of Agriculture and the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, India. Dr.Ananth is the recipient of the Netherlands Government Fellowship (2005), Young Scientist Award instituted by Zoological Society of India (2003) and the International Society of Environmental Protection (2000). Dr.Ananth served as Senior Research Fellow in Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute, and as Programme Coordinator and Head in Mitraniketan Farm Science Centre in India and Assistant Professor with the Department of Rural Development, Ambo University College, Ethiopia.

Mrs. Deepa Ananth, IT Consultant
Mrs. Deepa Ananth has specialized in the field of software development, technical documentation and off shore team coordination and management. She has plenty of experience in Testing, Quality Control and Defect prevention and has earned several certifications including Sun Microsystems and Brainbench. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Sri Chitra Thirunal College of Engineering, India. She has worked as a Senior Software Engineer with US Technology Resources, India. She has also worked as Lecturer in Computer Science with Sri Chitra Thirunal College of Engineering and as faculty in Citizen Softwarez, India.

Mr. Trevor Noronha has completed his Masters degree from St. Joseph's college, Trichy in the heart of India's southern-most state, Tamil Nadu. He has over nine years of experience in the Software Industry and has worked in many companies of repute such as Trigent Software, Aztecsoft, Core Objects and Data Software Research Company (DSRC), to name a few. He experience spans several critical areas of the software industry such as development, testing, training etc. He has rich experience in working for clients of the United States of America and the United Kingdom and has also travelled to the UK for assistance to clients.

He has obtained a gold medal in MBA degree and has specialised in Human Resources Management System and Marketing.He has over 5 years experience, including ING Vysya Life Insurance, Ramky Constructions etc. He has also worked with ERP packages and has extensive experience in managing all the HR related activities.
