Required items for registration
• Completed registration and application form
• 3 recent passport size photographs
• 2 attested copies of degree/diploma certificate and ESLCE certificate
• 2 copies of official academic transcript or student copy
• 2 copies of Supervisory experience from employer for MBA program (optional)
• Kebele ID/ Employee ID.
• Fee: Fee applicable (can be paid in the form of CPO / cheque payable to 'SRISAI' / Bank Transfer )
Note: Originals must be shown at the time of registration
